My path to The 4th Rose was not a straight one. It unfolded through my own experiences of healing, questioning, awakening, and learning to listen more deeply to myself and to the quiet inner knowing that had always been there.
A profound part of that journey began through experiences with natural ceremonial earth medicines. Those experiences invited me to look inward in ways I had never experienced before—opening deeper questions about who I was, what I believed, what I was carrying, and how I wanted to live. They became a catalyst for a much larger journey of self-discovery, spiritual exploration, healing, and remembrance.
From there, I was drawn more deeply into meditation, energy work, sound, breath, movement, yoga, ceremony, and other practices that helped me continue exploring the connection between body, mind, spirit, and the natural world. As I continued along this path, I felt called to study, train, and learn how to hold intentional space for others.
The 4th Rose grew from that unfolding. It is not about having all the answers or following one prescribed path. It is about creating spaces where people can slow down, become curious, reconnect with themselves, and discover what feels meaningful and true for them.
The name The 4th Rose carries a story that began long before the business itself.
Rose is woven through the women in my family—carried as a middle name from my mother, to me, to my daughter, and someday, perhaps, to another generation. It represents a feminine lineage connecting the women who came before me with those who will come after.
But the meaning of The 4th Rose revealed itself to me in a much more personal way.
During a profound ceremonial experience, the words “I am the 4th Rose” came to me with a clarity I could not ignore. I did not fully understand their meaning in that moment, but they stayed with me. Over time, they became intertwined with everything my journey had been teaching me about healing, remembrance, awakening, and becoming.
The 4th Rose came to represent the rose in full bloom—not perfection or an ending but awakening and rebirth. It symbolizes the unfolding that happens when we begin to remember who we are, release what no longer belongs to us, and grow into what has been waiting to emerge.
