The 4th Rose offers practices and experiences designed to create space for connection, exploration, healing, and deeper awareness.

Each offering provides a different doorway inward—through energy, sound, breath, movement, meditation, ceremony, or intentional stillness. Some invite deep rest and grounding, while others encourage expression, reflection, spiritual exploration, or connection.

There is no single path that is right for everyone. You are invited to explore what resonates with you and begin wherever you are.

Currently Blooming

The 4th Rose is currently growing through continued study, apprenticeship, and hands-on experience at Saha Happyness, a local wellness studio in Fayetteville, North Carolina. As my apprenticeship continues, you may find me supporting or facilitating meditation, sound, Reiki, movement, ceremony, and other group experiences through the studio.

As this journey continues, additional offerings and ways to work with me will be added here
